Resurrection of multi-party politics wins Uganda's vote

From the Financial Times by Andrew England 30 July 2005:

After nearly two decades of what has effectively been one-party rule, Ugandans voted overwhelmingly in a referendum to return to multi-party politics, according to provisional results released yesterday."
